Resepi Ayam Masak Wangi

Bahan-Bahan:

1/2 ekor ayam - dibersihkan dan dipotong
2 batang serai - dititik
4 helai daun limau purut
2 biji tomato - dibelah 4
1/2 biji capsicum (lada benggala) hijau dan merah
Minyak masak

Bahan-bahan kisar:-

2 biji bawang besar
5 ulas bawang putih
2 inci halia

Bahan-bahan sos:-

3 sb sos Cili
1 sb sos Tomato
1 sb pes Tomyam
2 sb kicap cair
2 sb kicap manis
1 biji perahan air limau nipis
Daun sup - dihiris

Cara Penyediaan:
1. Panaskan kuali masukkan minyak masak, gorengkan ayam sehingga 3/4 masak, toskan dan ketepikan.

2. Di dalam kuali yang sama, panaskan kuali masukkan minyak masak, tumiskan bahan kisar sehingga wangi.

3. Masukkan bahan sos dan kacau rata.

4. Masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng tadi, serai dan daun limau purut.

5. Masak dengan api perlahan, kemudian masukkan capsicum.

6. Masakkan sebentar ayam, bila sudah masak, hidang dan hiaskan dengan daun sup.

7. Angkat dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.
